The Rancho Mirage Wine and Food Festival has awarded Chef Peter Smith of Time & Temperature Innovation Kitchen, or “T&T,” at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa its “Chef of the Fest” award for the 2019 event.

Smith and his team were selected by a team of voters who were give the truly hard task of sampling all of the delicious food items served at the 2019 Rancho Mirage Wine and Food Festival, then casting their vote for the eatery they judged to be their favorite.
